M25 pile-up sees two people rushed to hospital near Swanley

A four car pile-up on the M25 saw two people rushed to hospital yesterday afternoon.

The collision happened just before noon on the anti-clockwise stretch of the motorway, between junction three for Swanley and junciton two.

Emergency services arrived at the scene shortly after and two lanes of the motorway were closed for around two hours.

A man in his 50s complaining of back pain and a woman in her 20s with suspected head and hip injuries were taken to Darent Valley Hospital.
