Erasmus Ahwoi, from Croydon, will appear in court tomorrow

Police investigating the death of a man thought to have been dragged under a car in Swanley have charged a man with murder.

Thomas Rossiter, 42, died as a result of the incident in Lynden Way on Saturday, July 4 at around 3.15pm. The car did not stop.

Erasmus Ahwoi, 29, from Croydon, was arrested in Brixton on Friday and charged the same evening.

He has been remanded in custody to appear at Maidstone Crown Court tomorrow.
