Police have launched an appeal for information

A man in his 20s was left in need of hospital treatment after he was assaulted by a group of teenagers outside Bluewater last week.

The victim was walking through the Lower Winter Garden food court on Thursday (November 10) when he was verbally abused by a group of teenagers.

The abuse continued into the Winter Garden car park, where the victim was reportedly assaulted by members of the group and suffered cuts to his face that required hospital treatment.

One of the group is described as male, white, 16 to 17 years old and with short brown hair.
