Police are appealing for help to find a hospital patient who left before finishing his treatment.

Salwonir Joskowski, believed to be from Dartford, was found collapsed in the street and taken to St Mary’s Hospital in the early hours of Sunday (April 9).

There are growing concerns for his health, as the 34-year-old left hospital without finishing his treatment.

He is described as white, medium build with cropped hair.

When he was last seen he was wearing a white ‘Superdry’ hooded top and jeans with a bag.
