A 19-YEAR-OLD man who disappeared from home for nearly two weeks has been found safe.

Michael Chapman-Davies, from Gravesend, left the family home on Friday, March 28 for Leeds.

He checked out of a hotel in the city at around noon the next day but was not heard from again.

He was found safe and well in South Derbyshire last Thursday.

His family and police thanked the public and the media for their help in finding him.

They would also like to express special thanks to Wakefield band, The Cribs, who helped publicise the case on their website.
