Detectives from the Kent and Essex Serious Crime Directorate have launched a murder investigation following a suspicious death in Gravesend.

Kent Police were called to St Patrick’s Gardens at 7.56pm on Saturday July 21 after a man was found injured.

The man, who was 31 and from the Cranbrook area, was taken to hospital for treatment but died on the morning of Sunday July 22.

The deceased is believed to have travelled to the scene following an incident at a private address in Taunton Vale, Gravesend.

No arrests have been made and enquiries to establish the full circumstances remain ongoing.
