New estuary airport design revealed

An image of an floating airport in the Thames Estuary has been unveiled as an alternative to Boris Island.

London Brittannia Airport, designed by architects Gensler, includes four floating runways tethered to the sea bed.

The designs will be submitted to the government along with others.
