Four new two-bed homes have been completed for shared ownership in Dartford.

The houses are just two miles from the town centre, and feature allocated parking and stylish private garden.

The development comes from Heart of Medway, a subsidiary of Medway Housing Association.

Ashley Hook, chief executive of MHS homes, said: “I am very excited to hear that we have recently completed our first-ever Dartford scheme. This forms part of our expansion into Dartford, Gravesham and Maidstone, whilst continuing to build in Medway.

“MHS homes is committed to meeting local housing need throughout the areas we work in, and will build over 540 new homes by 2018.”
