North Kent to receive £10million NHS boost

The NHS in north Kent and Medway is going to receive a £10million cash boost to relieve the pressure on A&E departments this winter.

Nearly half of the extra cash is going to Dartford and Gravesham NHS Trust, which runs Darent Valley Hospital in Dartford.

Dartford, Gravesham and Swanley CCG have said they welcome the funding.
