Three homes in Tyler Close, Harrowby Gardens and Waterdales were all reportedly victims of attempted burglaries on Thursday, October 27.

During the break-ins, jewellery, including a designer watch and a family heirloom in the form of a wooden necklace were allegedly stolen, as well as a Raleigh cycle bike.

In the early hours of the following morning, an address in Newmans Road was also broken into, where cash and keys were reportedly stolen.

In all four incidents the suspect has been described as a man aged between 30 and 40 years old with a bald head and wearing a parka style jacket.
