One in 75 homes in Dartford is at risk of repossession, according to new statistics released by a charity.

Shelter charity has identified areas in the south-east region where people face the highest likelihood of losing their home.

Dartford is considered one of the region’s ‘hotspots’.

Campbell Robb, chief executive of Shelter, said: “It is heart-breaking to see that so many people in the South East face spending Christmas with the threat of losing their home hanging over them.”
