Attack left man with serious facial injury

POLICE have arrested two people on suspicion of an assault in Gravesend which left a man with a serious facial injury.

A 20-year-old man and a 19-year-old woman have been arrested over the attack, which happened outside a fast-food restaurant in New Road on Saturday, August 8. Officers issued a media appeal following the incident.

The pair have been released on police bail until October 5 while officers continue their inquiries.
