Officers investigating the theft of a safe full of cash from a store inside Bluewater shopping centre are appealing for the public’s help.

The Fragrance Shop, found upstairs along the Rose Gallery, was burgled between 8.13pm and 9.51pm on Sunday March 19.

The amount of cash within the safe has not been revealed thus far.

Following the burglary, which took place outside of the shopping centre’s main opening hours, police have released a CCTV image of a man they believe could information linking to the investigation.

A Kent Police spokesperson said: “Anyone who recognises the man or has information about the burglary, can call Kent Police on 01474 366149 quoting XY/12690/17.

“Alternatively contact Kent Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555111.”
