Second Dartford man accused of Marcus Innocent murder

A second Dartford man has been charged with murdering 35-year-old Marcus Innocent last November.

Perry Sutton, 24, of Green Street Green Road, appeared before Bexley magistrates on Thursday 24 while Daniel Burgess, 32, of Weardale Avenue, Dartford, was charged on December 24.

Sutton is also accused of possessing a self-loading pump-action gun.

Burgess is in custody to appear at the Old Bailey on March 7 and Sutton was remanded in custody to appear at the Old Bailey on May 2.

Two brothers have also been charged over the fatal shooting.

Richard Brennan, 28, and Jack Brennan, 21, both from Greenwich, were charged with murder last Thursday, bringing the number of accused to four.
