Southeastern third last in customer satisfaction survey

Southeastern, which runs services through north Kent, has come third last in a train-users customers satisfaction survey.
They placed 17th out of 19 companies overall, just ahead of Greater Anglia and First Capital Connect.
A Southeastern spokeswoman said: “Since we commenced running the franchise, we’ve increased the number of train services, refurbished stations, provided more cycle facilities and enhanced CCTV and security.
“Our trains are also now more punctual than ever before.”
