Swanscombe teenager charged with burglary offences

A teenager has been charged with a range of offences in connection with a Swanscombe burglary.
The 16-year-old, who cannot be named for legal reasons, will go before Medway Youth Court on November 19 charged with taking a motor vehicle without the owner’s consent, dwelling burglary and the cultivation of cannabis.
Kent Police were investigating reports of a burglary in Ames Road on July 22. It was reported a Yamaha motorbike, a PlayStation 3 console and a purse had been stolen.
Officers arrested the Swanscombe teenager after a passport was used at Heathrow Airport.
