Police are appealing for witnesses after three teenagers were attacked in a Gravesend alleyway.

The victims, a boy and two girls, were walking in an alleyway from Thames Way towards Overcliffe near a car dealership, when a group of people approached them at around 8.30pm on Friday night.

Two of the group were wearing balaclavas, gloves and dark clothing and demanded the victim’s hand over their mobile phones.

One of the suspects hit the boy over the head with a bottle, before the pair pushed the two girls to the ground.

Both suspects, who are described as white, ran away from the scene straight after.

Two more people, described as white and mixed race, were also with the suspects.
