The high-speed railway line between Stratford International and Gravesend is experiencing severe delays due to someone trespassing on the tracks.

Southeastern said the delays are because of a “trespass incident” near Ebbsfleet International this afternoon and although services resumed at around 1.30pm, they are dealing with a significant backlog.

British Transport Police and Kent Police officers are understood to be at the scene.
