Police have launched a witness appeal

A 33-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of assault following a stabbing in Gravesend that left two in hospital.

Police were called to an address in St Albans Close at 8pm yesterday evening (Monday, December 5), where two people were reported to have injuries consistent with stab wounds.

The victims were taken by ambulance to a London hospital, where their condition is described stable.

They reportedly became injured following a disturbance outside shops in Arthur Street.
