The closure is for Network Rail improvement work

Passengers travelling to and from London this weekend are set for major disruption as three terminals in the capital are set to close to Southeastern services.

On Saturday and Sunday, no trains will run to or from Charing Cross, Waterloo East or London Bridge.

During the closure, trains are being diverted to London Cannon Street, with London Underground accepting valid Southeastern tickets between affected terminals.

Docklands Light Railway will also be accepting valid tickets between Lewisham and Greenwich.

The diversion is due to improvement works on the line being carried out by Network Rail.
