All lanes have reopened on the QEII Bridge following a two car crash on Tuesday morning.

Lanes one and two of the bridge at the Dartford Crossing were blocked after the crash at around 11.20am.

Delays of up to 90 minutes were reported on the clockwise M25 carriageway, as traffic packed out the bridge’s remaining two lanes and queues headed back to junction 29.

Police officers, firefighters and ambulance crews were all sent to the scene, though no serious injuries have been reported thus far.

Highways England has since reopened both lanes on the A282 and all delays have reportedly cleared from the scene.
